1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the ResellOrbit browser extension ("Service"), operated by Flow Intelligence LTDA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ResellOrbit provides client-side workflow automation tools for e-commerce sellers on Poshmark. ResellOrbit is an independent product and is not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by Poshmark, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

All subscription billing, renewals, and refunds are managed through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy LLC. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your customer billing portal or by contacting support.

4. Fair Use & Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for configuring safe throttling settings and adhering to the terms and guidelines of any third-party marketplaces they interact with. ResellOrbit provides safety delays to assist in human-like operation but cannot guarantee specific sales results or immunity from platform changes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Flow Intelligence LTDA or ResellOrbit be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
