Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 6, 2026

ResellOrbit ("we", "our", or "us"), operated by Flow Intelligence LTDA, provides the ResellOrbit: Poshmark Auto Share & Seller Bot browser extension and associated web services located at https://resellorbit.com. We are deeply committed to protecting the privacy, security, and integrity of your information.

1. Overview & Single Purpose Statement

ResellOrbit is a productivity companion extension designed exclusively to automate manual, repetitive closet sharing actions and promotional discount offers on Poshmark. The extension operates locally inside your personal browser window and does not track your general web browsing activities.

2. Data Collection and Usage

We adhere to strict data minimization principles in full compliance with the Google Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies:

• No Account Credentials: ResellOrbit never asks for, records, or stores your Poshmark username, password, two-factor authentication codes, or session cookies.
• No Personally Identifiable Information (PII): We do not collect names, phone numbers, home addresses, or social security numbers through the extension.
• Local Configuration Storage: Your preferences (e.g. sharing delay interval, discount percentage, daily share counter) are saved locally on your computer using Chrome's native chrome.storage.local API. This data stays on your machine and is never transferred to our servers.

3. Limited Use Disclosure

ResellOrbit’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

• We do NOT sell user data to third parties, data brokers, or advertisers.
• We do NOT use or transfer user data for serving personalized advertising.
• We do NOT use or transfer user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

4. Payment Processing (Lemon Squeezy)

Purchases and recurring subscriptions for ResellOrbit Pro are processed exclusively by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy LLC. When you subscribe, your payment details (credit card number, billing address) are collected and handled directly by Lemon Squeezy subject to their Privacy Policy. ResellOrbit does not store or process your financial card details.

5. License Key Verification

When you activate a Pro license key, the extension sends the license string to the Lemon Squeezy API (api.lemonsqueezy.com) to verify subscription validity. Only the license key and an anonymized browser instance identifier are transmitted for the sole purpose of preventing piracy and verifying active subscription status.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security safeguards. Because the extension runs locally in your browser context and does not maintain an external database of user credentials, the risk of data compromise is minimized by architecture.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
